IMA Advanced Mission Leadership Training 2012

The changing world and in specific the Indian scenario has demanded a new kind of leadership for Missions. Equipping the leaders with the understanding of the fast changing world and the skills for handling such changes and taking the movement forward is a great need.

Advanced Mission Leaders Training Program aims to equip leaders who will continue to make a difference in the mission scenario for the next 10-15 years. Advanced Mission Leadership Training programme looks at leadership development on the basis of the present challenges and equipping in an unique way.

IMA has been conducted this training since 1980s. Over 1000 Leaders have gone through this and are serving with several Missions and Churches.

Objectives

• To envision more leaders to meet the increasing challenges in transforming the whole nation.
• To envision a bigger picture of the National and Global mission challenges and prepare adequate leadership
• To assist in understanding the contemporary missiological issues and mission scenario.
• To make aware of the principles of leadership from scriptural & management perspectives.
• To create a desire for continuous learning of leadership, management & communication.

Who can apply?
(Persons should have an exposure to the mission field and / or office and oversight of certain staff or led a mission.
Married couples are welcome to apply)

• Staff of a Mission Organisation or Missionary sending Church or a Tent Maker.
• Persons being groomed for further major leadership roles.
• Board Members in Mission Organisation or Church Mission Boards.

Regional AMLT 1: 19th – 24th March 2012, Imphal, Manipur.
Regional AMLT 2: 18th – 23rd June 2012, Amritsar, Punjab.

Regional AMLT 3: 20th - 25th August 2012, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.

Regional AMLT 4: 22nd – 27th October 2012, Trivandrum, Kerala.
