1. India Mail: It is a weekly email update sent on every Friday to mobilize praise and prayer around the world for missions in India.

Gathering Information, Preparing & Internet Charges 15,000 X 52 weeks = Rs.780,000

2. Bridge News - monthly newsletter: It contains recent updates of all IMA programs and events mobilizing prayer for mission leaders and staff. And it is a bridge between IMA and member mission leaders, staff, Network Coordinators, partner agencies in India & overseas, potential member missions, and all IMA prayer partners.

Printing & Posting Charges – 25,000 X 12 months = Rs.300,000

3. Indian Missions: It is a quarterly magazine. It contains feature articles, creative thinking, an update on contemporary missiological issues, view-points, and news from the Member Mission Organizations of IMA. It can be a training manual for missionary trainers in the sense that it gives an update on what is the latest trend helping reorient strategies, training modules, and curriculums. This is circulated to about 2000 subscribers, leaders of 235 member organizations of IMA, and Churches within India and outside India.

Printing & Posting Charges – 125,000 X 4 = Rs. 500,000

4. Directory of IMA Member Missions: This directory is distributed to all partners to keep them updated. It is useful in mobilizing prayer for mission leaders and support for the ministries.

Printing & Operation cost – 2000 X 150 = Rs.300,000

5. Posters: A set of 16 A4 size posters are distributed among churches and used at Mission Focus Seminars. Each colorful poster contains statistics and information on the present needs and conditions in India. These posters are effective in mobilizing prayer and action.

Printing & Operation cost – 1000 X 12posters X 150 = Rs. 1,800,000

6. Prayer Booklet on Mission Challenges: Presents staggering statistics and issues in India, which are in desperate need of prayer and change, and shows mission challenges. This booklet is vital for mobilizing prayer and is an important prayer tool because of the needs it presents. This booklet is distributed in churches, member missions, and prayer fellowships.

Printing & Operation cost – 1500 X 300 = Rs.450,000

7. Three books to be published on Mission issues: Planning to release 3 Mission issue books which will benefit for our 242 member organizations as well as of others.

Printing & Operation cost – 3 books X 2,00,000 = Rs.6,00,000

Overall Budget: Rs. 4,730,000
