CEOs AND SPOUSES PASTORAL CARE - 2012

The CEO – Pastoral Care is a track within Member Care. Member Care team hosted seminars for CEOs in seven different cities in 2003 and 8 in 2004. The CEOs found it to be very useful and proposed another 2 day seminar be held in which they could bring their spouse along with them. In response to the request, member care is hosting twelve seminars within different cities for 20 CEOs and their spouses within the mission member organizations.

Vision:

Establish good relationships between CEOs of Indian missions and a climate of mutual care and trust among them. The seminar will be dealing with the leader’s self care, family care, organizational care and how to avoid ‘burn out’ which can hinder their performance in the organization.

Objectives:

Identify issues that affect CEOs in their personal, organizational and family life.
Facilitate processes to deal with issues such as loneliness and stress.
Enhance their personal life in terms of spiritual growth, self-improvement and friendships
Time off with the family, vacation, topic related to family life, balancing family and work.
Family Life Cycle and Case studies.
