Report from October to November, 2008

• Gave Dr. J. D. James Memorial Lecture at the Triennial Conference of the Asian Evangelistic Fellowship, an International Organization, at Hyderabad.

• Shared the Word in the Churches and the Bible Study Groups at Hyderabad.

• Spoke at the National Conference on ‘Children at Risk’ organized by VIVA India at OM, Hyderabad.

Future:  

• My wife and I will be leaving for Seattle, USA on 14th December to celebrate Christmas and spend a few months with our son and his family.

Report from January to March, 2007

• Two very important Seminars were organized during this period.

• The Church and the Community at the Pastoral Centre, Abids, Hyderabad on January 13 with the purpose of motivating the participants who were from various churches, to be actively involved in reaching out to the Community in which we live. What is needed, unity among us, empowering the Church members andholistice ministry by the Church.

• Seminar of Children at Risk on February 10 at Jeevan Jothi Retreat Centre, Begumpet, Hyderabad. Several Christian NGOs participated in this Seminar, held with the purpose of forming a Network among the Christian NGOs in the city to work in unity, to build up awareness in the churches and to be more effective in this important ministry.

• Apart from the above, I conducted weekly two Bible Studies, and shared the Word in some of the churches in Hyderabad.

Report in the month of October, 2006

• Continuing to give leadership to the two weekly Bible studies.
• worked on the publication of the Study Book on the Condition of Women in India
• Gave pastoral assistance to my Church at Hyderabad for a week during the absence of the regular pastor.
• Met with the members of the City Care Network to plan for the future.
• We had visitors at home from USA and Indonesia.
