• My brother in law Ashish’s marriage going to be held in the month of September 2009, in Kandhamal, Orissa. So that any type disturbance should not occur during that time.

• Pray for my husband Prakash’s safe travel during his visit to Member Missions.

• Pray for my responsibilities in IMA.

• Took sessions in Advanced Missions Leadership Training, 2009.

• Took sessions in Church Growth Missionary Movement training at Koutala, Andhra Pradesh.

• I was really encouraged by seeing the response of the missionaries in Church Growth Missionary Movement training.

HRD Department:

• Assisting Mrs. Pramila Rajendran (HRD Director) in revising and preparing the job application forms, medical history forms (A) and (B), and confidential reference forms.

• Sent new application forms to the respective applicants.

• Assisting in interviewing the applicants.

• Maintaining and keeping the record of personnel files, outgoing mails, correspondence file, new applications file and new resumes file have being done.

• Sent regret letters to the applicants who were not qualified to join IMA.

Pray for:

• My son Pratik’s healing as he has got insect bite.

• My new responsibilities in HRD Department.    

• Updated Membership Contribution and as well as new Membership applications.

• Called Member Missions regarding 74^th CARE Grant Reports.

• Pray for my in laws who are still residing & struggling in the camp at Kandhamal, Orissa.

• Visited Memebrs in Banglore (10-17 July. 2007) and Nagpur (30-3^rd Aug 2007). Explaining them, Member Care issues and how to set up Member care in their organization. I also pray with the wives of the CEO’s and encourage them. 

• Sent reminders to the Members in south regarding Adivasi Seva Conference.

• Attended Adivasi Seva Conference and business man meeting in Nagpur.

• Praying along with CEO’s of different missions encouraged me a lot.

• Pray our travel to Nagpur to attend life enrichment Seminar.

• My health and safe confinement

• Maintained register for Membership Contribution, visits made and Observations.

• Cooperation from the team is an encouragement to me.

• I am suffering with disc prolapsed because which it is difficult to sit for long time pleae pray for my back ache

• Pray for visit to member mission in Bangalore.

• Sent AMLT  Broachers to the Member Missions

• Updated the list of Prospective Member missions

• Attended the New and Younger CEO gathering on 29^th and 30th November 2006.

• Seminar on ‘Sharpening your interpersonal skill” held in the office encouraged me a lot.

• Pray for regional AMLT, especially facilitator to be finalized, 30 -35 delegates to come and pray for logistic and finance.

• Please pray for my health and our financial need.

• Arranged the Administrative files which has to be handed over to Administration team.

• I am encouraged by the support of my leader.

• Please pray for Regional AMLT to be held in January 8-13, 2006 at Madurai. Pray for funds and logistics.

• Pray for my Visa to be processed

• Pray for my visits in November, pray for protection God’s guidance and wisdom.

• Please pray for my spiritual growth also pray for our family.

• Prepared monthly Budget (projection) for the Administration Team and prepared the list of south Indian Member missions for the certificates to be issued.

• Prayer needed for missions in Madurai and Tutucorin and also for the funds to be raised for regional AMLT.

• Please pray for my responsibility in Member relation Team, for my father’s salvation, and my health especially for back ache.
