• Sharing about Vision City Income generation project with Business Director of a Private Co. and had consultation and received the proposal and being followed up.

• Compiling the Vision City proposal for Indian Businessmen and Professionals for matching fund and Kitchen and dining hall needs.

• Led the devotion on first day of Think-Tank Influencing the influencers.

• A Business director happy to involve in IMA Business project and help to start a business.

Prayer Concerns: 

• The challenge of raising funds with Indian donors and Businessmen & Professional.

• Immediate need of raising funds for Kitchen utilities and dinning hall furniture and fixtures.

• Vision City construction progress reports have been sent to Indian Christian Business and professionals and Indian partners.

• Registered of society matters are being followed up with the Advocate, the matters have been translated into Canada as per the present requirements of ROS.

• Taken bible study in the church and office, encouraged some key high profile leaders and shared about IMA in the church meetings.

• Due to economic recession and also business decline churches are subliming to raise funds for their own programs and missions, it is the challenge to raise funds.

 Pray for:

•  Programs and travel schedule to be re-thought and to have special meetings in different parts in Tamil Nadu.

• To get some positive response from Indian Christian business and professionals and get involve in Indian Missions.

Report from January to July, 2009

• Planning for the IMA special projects meetings in Tamil Nadu for September 2009.

• Office Property documents have been updated.

• Property tax has been paid for farm house.

• Annual filing with the Registrar of society is being followed up with our Advocate.

• I encouraged by Property documents updated for last 12 years.

• More God’s grace for physical and emotional needs.

• Organized staff family Christmas get-together, it was good time of fellowship.

• Rising of East side compound wall construction work with fencing wire is being started.

• Securities have been re-organized with new securities for the campus.
• Finance assistant has been recruited and being for training. 
• Anti-Virus have installed into all systems.
• Able to move forward on finalizing Vision City building construction and proceedings and campus development.
• Pray for me as I am handling personnel issues and follow-up works.
• Pray for Electricity and Water shortage problem should be sorted out.
• Pray for the needed Funds for Vision City Construction and Operations.

Report in the month of October, 2008

• Visited more than 7 project sites and finalized the Architect for IMA “Vision City” building project.
• Performance appraisal has been done for four staffs.
• Five interviews conducted, and few more are under process.
• Rearranged all IMA property and building related documents and files.
• Got an assistant, I am grateful to Dr. K. Rajendran, General Secretary for the supports.
• It’s a grate joy for me that I am able to complete my MBA and received graduation from International Council of Higher Education.
• Praise God for my wife Kokila is able to carry-on her high responsibilities and her Ph.D studies, and our daughter Keerthana got A+ grade in ‘class I’ on quarterly Exams.
• Pray that we may find right personnel for the needed team.
• Pray for Centralized data-base software to be created for smooth function.
• Pray for the Funds to be raised to start the “Vision City” building project.

Report from August to September, 2007

• Taken a session in the AMLT (Advanced Mission leadership Training 2007, Hyderabad) on Contemporary Mission Issue “The Myth of Indigenous Funds”

• 500 more teak and 200 fruit trees have been planted and farm land have extended from 2 acres to 4 acres and cultivated and trees have been planted for agriculture project.

• Abel to preach on “Indian Mission” (Indian Mission Challenges) on Mission Sunday (CSI) well appreciated.

• Please pray for the following Concerns

• Maintenance of plantations and business projects to be started. 

• Funds to be raised for IMA operations, salaries and building project.

• Construction work to be completed soon ( Raising compound wall and over head water tank)

• Pray for my daughter Keerthana she is writing quarterly-exams, wife Kokila for her thesis on Ph.D in Nursing, also pray for the bank loan to be approved for house construction and pray for my MBA studies and leadership role in IMA.

• Performance appraisal is being processed with report.

• 750 Teak and 300 fruit trees has been planted in 2 acres agriculture project.

•  I am encouraged by God’s grace learning things on leadership growth and Christian maturity.

• Following are the things that encouraged me: God helped me to handle many things in better way in midst of all stressful situations, after few months the construction work has begin with full-fledged,  being  part of the PAN-INDIA SUMMIT leaders’ meet in Delhi.

• Maintaining the balance between team discipline and pastoral care was struggle for me.

• Since we have shifted to the new place, planning for selling off old and constructing a new house. Needed finance. Please for the same

• Pray for Business projects to be properly done.

• Pray for the assignments to be submitted for MBA studies.

• Planning and organizing for shifting the office into IMA campus, Innovation work is in progress.
• Guided our staffs to take right decision in the work.
• The team spirit, upholding one-another in prayers, daily devotion encourages me in my spiritual growth especially seminars give me lot of confident on what I am doing and help me communicate clearly.
• Sometimes handling different individuals is more difficult than the issues.
• Pray for preparation for communication, presentation and raise friends for IMA.
• Pray for land conversion and building constructions at the campus and upcoming other building construction. And property development at Bangalore.
• Please pray for my health, travel, and balancing between the ministry and family.
• Pray for good health of my daughter Keerthana.

• Solved problems at the IMA campus at Kesara and supervised plantation work which is successfully finished and supervised the work of insurance policies which is renewed.
• Cooperation and team spirit encourages me as a team leader.
• Please pray for the follow up for getting land use conversion for office building construction at the campus and land conversion permission from HUDA for office construction at the campus.
• Pray also for the Quarterly examination for my daughter Keerthana for L.K.G from 3rd week September, my wife Kokila’s responsibility in her job and her witnessing in her work place

• In July I completed the security room construction at the IMA campus, organized and finalized tree plantation at the campus and sorted the staff’s leave account, attendance updated.
• I was encouraged with work done and team work by administration team and I could handle well some pastoral care issues.
• Pray for God’s grace and wisdom as I work on the building projects. Please pray for my health as I am struggling with viral infection for last 3 weeks. Pray also for my wife Kokila and her work, my daughter Keerthna as she travels for and school daily 2 hours.
