Involved with Operation World team to update the Indian section. He has traveled to be part of Operation World team on 7^th November, 2009 and will be there till 6^th January, 2010.

Connecting with national researchers and trying to document the current research efforts has been done.
Led the Research track of AICOCIM 2009.

Report from January to June, 2009

Research:

Mission Mobilization Research Team: Interviewed 30 prominent mission leaders and the transcribing is on.
Attended two meetings held in Bangalore to explore the trends which affects the neighbors’ lifestyle and faith.

Media:

A media room was made ready.
List of media equipments to be purchased was made.

Communication:

Assisted in publishing the two issues of IMA magazine.
I felt happy that a new member Vikrant joined in our team.

Pray for:

More people to join Research team.
More funds to be generated to projects.
Steady approach on whatever is given to us to perform.

Worked for the IMA quarterly magazine Indian Missions, January to March 2009 issues.

I encouraged by the Cooperation from the whole IMA team.

Attended ‘World Evangelical Alliance Mission Commission’ mobilization meeting in Thailand. I was there as Mission Mobilization Research Team member to discuss on the future proceedings for the team and connect with others.

It was great time to meet and interact with the leaders of nearly fifty nations in Thailand. It gave an opportunity to see things beyond India. It paved a path to understand and absorb the newer challenges for missions and churches across the Globe.

Pray for the need for more personnel.

Pray for the need for more readers for the publications.

Pray for the Physical health of my team members.

Interviewed 5 mission leaders and thinkers for the Mission Mobilization Task Force Research, which is part of the Mission Commission of World Evangelical Alliance.
Visited home and caught up some time with family. This allowed me to relax and get refreshed.
Pray for more people to be joined in our team.
Pray for the support to be raised for IMA.

Attended Children Think-tank, took notes during the sessions to make a CD
Facilitated a session in AMLT on the topic of Challenge of reaching the youths in India and also helped in making a CD on the events of AMLT.
Assisted in gathering topics and authors for the next issue of magazine.
Gave some guidelines for arranging stock

Attended and was involved in Annual National Leadership Conference.
Attended WEA: Mission Mobilization task force in London.
Coordinating the travel for Indian Mission Leaders and thinkers for Tentmakers International to Malaysia
Attended IMA Coordinators and Indo-Korean meeting.
Updated IMA website and worked on line payment.
Help from my colleagues in my work and understanding cultures is an encouragement to me.
Please pray that I may get some time to visit my parents.
Please pray for needed staff in research and communication.

Report from October to December, 2006

Highly challenged by taking seminar for the Youth in YFC National Youth Festival held during 28^th Dec’06 to 02^nd Jan’07 at Vishakapatnam on the topic ‘Challenges for us!?’, which basically shows the influential areas which haven’t yet seen any breakthroughs.
Enjoyed participating in the IMA Coordinators Meet held during 06^th and 07^th Dec’06 where I shared bi-annual report for the IMA Research & Communication Team, IMA Research Network and IMA Serve a People Network.
Led the IMA Staffs’ family retreat and Christmas get together on 09^th Dec’06 where I felt relaxed and super entertainment.
My team mates Suseel & Puspita started to own the responsibility of editing, compiling, designing, publishing and dispatching of Bridge Monthly Newsletter and Indian Missions quarterly magazine is an encouragement to me.
I am struggling to spending more time for research work.
Pray for the ‘Serve a People’ Network Meet going to be held in Varnasi on 24^th Jan’07.
Pray for the designing and programming of a new website for IMA with online payment.
Pray for IMA family where I get tremendous encouragement and support.

Report in the month of September, 2006

Participated in the FTT Consultation held at Delhi was the greatest encouragement last month. Privileged to see the discussions on 'How to reach the least reached people groups?’. Enjoyed interacting and discussing the failures & success with different leaders & researchers (around 70) who came from all over the county. This helped in broadening my Vision concerning the People Groups approach. Last but not the least, heavily enjoyed the flight journey to Delhi from Hyderabad.
Stormed by the brainstorming sessions during the Tentmakers Think Tank held in Hyderabad. It helped me in understanding the broader area of Tentmaking from my (previous) narrow perceptions. Happy to see the active involvement of the participants from whom a momentum was created.
Attended the last day of Business as Mission Think Tank. Filled with joy to see Mr. John Amalraj (Executive Director, Interserve India) and Dr. Rajesh Duthie (Assistant Director, GEMS) handling the discussions after Dr. K. Rajendran. Got an insight on the necessity to keep the Christian witness in all the areas of Indian mission challenges.
Spent a day in UESI Missions Conference – 2006 where I spent time in just absorbing. Advantaged to meet Mr. Ravi David (South Asia Director, IFES), Dr. David Jeyakumar (GS, UESI), Mr. Mathew Varghese (Former GS, USEI) etc.
For the first time I raised donations for IMA literatures in all the three meetings. This small income generation made me to realize my past preventable small expenses.
Struggled to adjust and bend with the peoples having old nonflexible approaches, views and ideas in missions and churches.
Designed and uploaded most of the needed pages for our website specially membercare, upcoming events, leadership etc.
Designed 'Business As Missions' and 'Tentmakers' Think Tanks CD.
Produced enough copies of all IMA CDs under 10 titles.
Just stood with Suseel and Puspita while they were working on our Magazine ‘Indian Missions’ and greatly encouraged when they spent two holidays in the office to make sure the magazine was going to the press.
