Mr. Lalduhawma, Engineer - Vision City Project

Report in the months of April to June 2010

For Kitchen & Dining Hall:

Alluminium fabrication works – Partition for Dining Hall office (one side), partition of wall for vessels store room, door between Kitchen and Dining Hall and Ventilation has been completed.
All the doors and windows have been fixed.
Tables and Chairs have been purchased for Dining Hall.

For Accommodation:

Ground Floor accommodation building has been completed for people to stay. Peoples started to come and stayed some of those who attended the Leadership Training Programme.

Prayer Concerns:

Pray for God’s wisdom and knowledge, also for my health so that I will able to continue His Missions.
Pray for the Salvation of all the workers so that they may believe in Jesus Christ.
Pray for the safety of all the workers as well as myself and Vijay.
Pray for the Funds so that we can complete the building.

Report in the months of February & March 2010

For Kitchen & Dining Hall:

Plastering is completed. Laying of roof tiles in front side slope roof and other sides is completed.
Painting is almost completed as there is some patches works remaining.
Fixing of Water closet, Wash basin is completed and fixing of Urinal is remaining. Inlet connection to overhead water tank, inter-connection of twowater tanks is also completed. Some of water Tabs are fixed and Sinks are also purchased. External Plumbing like laying waste pipe to septic tank, construction of Manhole is completed.
All the electrical works are completed except power connection from Generator room.
Stone cladding of Front side and West side Elevation works is almost completed.
Vitrified Tiles flooring in Dining Hall, Polished Kota stone Flooring in Kitchen and Ceramic Tiles Flooring in Toilet and Hand Wash area is completed. Tandoor Floor tiles are laid in Front Verandah and for steps, Yellow Tiles and Red Tiles are used.
Aluminum partition of Toilets is completed.
Fixing of Doors is almost completed as painting, fixing glass is remaining in some doors, all the windows are fitted with glass and it is completed. Curtain rods and its brackets are also fixed.
Wall Tiles in Kitchen portion, Hand wash area and Toilets is completed.
Rain water outlet pipe is fixed.

For Accommodation:

Roof for first Floor (slab) has been laid.
Almost all the Brickworks are completed in Ground floor.
Plastering work is almost completed, some patches works and second coat is remaining.
Fixing of Doors and Windows frames are in progress.
Electrical works is in progress, wall cutting, laying of PVC pipes in walls, metal Box for switches is in progress.

Report in the month of December 2009

Kitchen & Dining Hall construction: Plastering (two coats), elevation works for verandah, making slope roof, making architectural design, electrical works, plumbing works is in progress. Roof for front verandah, staircase is completed.
Family Accommodation construction: Rising of column for 1^st floor, centering and shuttering of 1^st floor beams and slab is in progress. Brickworks are also going on.
Gas station works for Kitchen is going on, visited SAIACS and FMC buildings in Bangalore to see the Kitchen, room arrangements.

Report in the month of November 2009

Worked on completing the work of Kitchen & Dining Hall’s Brickworks, Plastering, elevation works for verandah, making slope roof, making architectural design, electrical works, & plumbing works.
Family Accommodation construction: Laying of cement concrete slab (roof) Ground floor is completed.
Working on budget of construction of Gas station for Kitchen, Requirement of Chimney for Kitchen and Fabrication works for Toilet, Dining Hall office is also worked out.
I thank God for opening His Mission works in other ministries and get connected with other leaders.

Kitchen & Dining Hall construction – Brickworks for outside walls and internal walls is in progress.
Family Accommodation construction – Shuttering & centering of slab for 2^nd, 3^rd & 4^th block is completed.
I thank God for His protection though sometimes I am struggling with health problems I can resume the works by God's Grace.

Kitchen & Dining Hall construction: shuttering & steel works, laying of cement concrete for roof slab has been completed. Formworks also removed, brickworks are also started.

Family Accommodation construction: shuttering & steel works, laying of ground floor slab has been completed for 1^st block. Shuttering of slab for 2^nd and 3^rd block is in progress and brickwork also started for walls.

Readings of Wind data logger has been sent to the company through Mr. Adam Allard.

I thank God for His wisdom pour upon me to handle the works without much difficulty.

Needed fund for the Vision City.

Report in the month of August 2009

Working on the construction of Kitchen & Dining Hall construction. Shuttering, centering & laying steel reinforcement of roof beam and slab is in progress.
Family Accommodation construction: Plinth Beam, laying of Cement concrete for Flooring, Stone works & back filling for Corridor, Raising Column for Ground floor slab has been completed.
Construction of Parking Shed, and Renovation & repairing works are done.
Readings of Wind data logger has been sent to the company through Mr. Adam Allard.
I encouraged by ongoing Vision City Construction, I really thank God for His guidance in everything.

Kitchen & Dining Hall construction – Raising column, plain cement concrete flooring, shuttering & centering for roof beam and slab is in progress
Family Quarter construction – Stone works, R.C.C & Steel works for the plinth beam, back filling is in progress
Rain harvesting works, making of water channel, connecting pipes to the water tank for collecting rain water.
Construction of Library room.
Readings of Wind data logger has been sent to the company through Mr. Adam Allard.

Report from January to June 2009

Rising of North side compound wall by 3 foot & Barbed wire fencing is been done.
Shifting of Agriculture power line to Industrial High Tension line has been done.
Publishing of Tender notice for construction of Kitchen & Dining Hall and Family Quarter.
Construction of Vision City building has been started.
Construction of Vehicles Parking Shed near Generator room has been done.
Readings of Wind data logger has been sent to the company through Mr. Adam Allard.

Pray for:

The safety of workers since they are working in hot sunlight, there is a possibility of getting sunstroke etc. also other harmful things like snake and scorpion bitten.
Progress of Vision City so that the contractors can complete in a specified time.
God wisdom on Contractor people and Site Engineer of Vision City.

Report in the month of December 2008

Transformer yard fencing has been done.
Construction of toilets for labour work is in process.
Raising of Compound wall (North side) with angle Iron for fencing work is in process.
Preparation of BOQ, structural design etc. for Vision City work is still going on and to be completed before 15^th January, 2009.
I went to my native place for Christmas vacation, and I was very much encouraged by Church members by praising and welcoming me since I am a Christian Missionary.
Pray for the Funds need to be raised for Vision City Construction.
Pray for Vision City Construction which is supposed to start soon.
Pray for works going on such as Compound wall, shifting electric poles and tender calling for Vision City Construction.

Worked for the Construction of temporary Business room.

Worked for the Connection of 3-phase current in Transformer.

Installation of meter box in Transformer.

Met with IMA Chairperson regarding architects for Vision City.

Appointed letter given to Architect for Vision City.

Met with Legal adviser for Vision City

I really encouraged in seeing some labors are really talented in their works of field. So as a mission worker we really need to concentrated and putting our hearts in what we do.

Pray for funds needed in Vision City Construction.

Pray for Vision City Construction starting soon.

Pray for wisdom of Site Engineer to look after the construction works.

Met Dr. Kamala Chiranjeevi & Mr. Santa Kumar (Seva Bharat) for selecting Architect for Vision City Construction.
Met Architect Mr. N. Anand in ECIL and Mr. Jasper Dawson through E-mail and took their fees terms and conditions.
Met Advocate Mr. Nirmal Kumar and Mr. Vikranth Kumar and went to Secunderabad court for legal adviser of Visio City Project, IMA.
Had Site Visit of Mr. Prasana Kumar (Architect) on going & completed projects, and It’s a great thing that some of the project s done by the architect Mr. Prasana kumar, it’s really impressed me as he has done excellent job.
Pray for good architect, & building for construction projects.
Pray for all the legal procedures to be done for Vision City.
Pray for the funds to be raised.
