• Income Tax assessment for the financial year 2006-07 has been completed.

Report in the month of September, 2009

• Income Tax Return for the financial year 2008-2009 has been filed at Bangalore.

• EPF Contributions and professional Tax payments have been remitted up to August, 2009.

• Payments relating to ongoing Construction of Kitchen, Dining Hall and Residential quarters have been paid to the Contractor.

Please pray for:

• Lord’s protection as I have to travel long distance.

• My son Dan Isaac who is not well.

• Submitted all relevant papers for filing of I T returns for the financial year 2008-2009 to our Auditors.

• Think tank on Global south was an excellent program and it really gave Understanding as to what is Global south and North and looked into some interesting insights. 

Pray for:

• The necessary finances to the tune of 1,49,000/-.

• The safety and Gods protection as I travel long distance to reach office and back.

• My responsibilities in the church at Berachah.

• Bank Reconciliation has been done up to June, 2009.

• The safety as I undertake journey every day by vehicle.

• Statutory Audit for FY 2008-09 Completed.

• Financial reports for FY 2008-09 obtained from Auditors.         

• Audited Financial Statements for FY 2008-09 got approved in AGM

• Reports for EC & AGM Submitted.

• All the accounts relating to NLC-2009, AMLT-2009 have been accounted for properly.

• I encouraged by the participants of NLC-2009, because they have expressed their satisfaction and appreciation.

• Funds for Vision City Building Project.            

• Finance Team and their families.

• Attended internal auditor Mr. Paul Raj from Seva Bharat during Internal audit.

• Distribution of Christmas Gift to all IMA Staff been done.

• Final Settlement papers have been done for Mr. Joshua on his relieving.

• I am thankful to God for answering all of our prayers and have provided a person namely ‘Mr. Manas Kumar Behra’ to the finance team.

• Pray for statutory audit from 6^th January, 2009.

• Pray for my son who arrived from Uganda after his first Semester and he shall be returning to Uganda to join in Med. College for 2^nd Semester.

• Prepared and updated the records for Internal Audit.

• Worked on Weekly Income Reports.

• Encouraged by the involvement of IMA along with Interserve jointly initiated and participating in Trauma Counseling in Orissa communally affected Christians.

• Pray for one Tally assistant required for Finance Deportment.

• Pray that the Lord may grant protection and journey mercies on every day Travelling.

• Pray for my sons that they may spare some time for God’s ministry.

• Apart from routine, Bank Reconciliation has been done up to August 2008.
• National Leadership Conference 2008 accounts steeled.
• I am personally encouraged by the seminar on Help in Grieving’ by Mrs. Pramila Rajendran. It’s really encouraged me to help one another when people are in grieving situation.
• Pray that the Lord may provide an accountant for Finance team.
• Pray for my son Jason who has joined in medical college at Uganda. Pray that the Lord may protect him and grant him wisdom to carry on his studies.
• Pray for my daily travel to office, God’s protection and safety.

• Updated all the files for and necessary records for internal auditing.
• Got clarification with CTO DCTO, Keesara circle for Professional tax remittance.
• Seminar conducted by Dr. Rajendran on Management was very interesting and enhanced my leadership skills.
• Pray that I may able to learn fast computer for more out put.
• Pray for my son's forth coming exams.

• Worked on the Bank transaction especially on the change of signatories which is done in ICICI bank.
• Prepared the Care Cheques to be released to some of the member missions for the Missionaries Care.
• Attending AMLT one day was an encouragement to me as I learnt many things.
• Please pray for finance team as we are going to have internal auditing, pray that every thing will be  updated before hand
• Pray for my family that God would use us for extension of His kingdom, pray also for my son who Jason who will be writing his exam this month.

• Submission of EPF returns well before time w an encouragement to me.
• Please pray for resources for IMA.
• Praise God for granting peace in our church affairs.

• Finalized of Accounts for the year ending 31st March' 2007 with Auditors.
• Prepared report for FAC meeting, EC meeting and AGM.
• Attended all financial accounts related matters at NLC Dehradun
• Meeting leaders and knowing about their contribution towards missions  during NLC was an encouragement
• Please pray for the membership contribution that we may get regularly.
• Please pray for funds for IMA Campus building

• Wrote Article for the January to March 2007 Indian Missions issue on the topic ‘Is Competition Needed for Business?’

• Helped making finance report for Coordinators meeting and Executive meeting.

• I could do all daily routine transaction.

• The spirit of Love, oneness, concern for each one in the family of IMA has encouraged me.

• Pray for the shifting of finance office to IMA Campus

• Pray for necessary resources for accomplishing the tasks projected for the year 2007.
