Prepared thanking letters, and updated thanking register.
Prepared GivenGain bank complains forms.
Magazine subscription donors’ list has been prepared and sent to Research and Communication team.

Prepared 3years comparison of Income & expenses sheet.
Worked on magazine & literature subscription donors’ details and sent to Research and communication team.
Sent mails to member missions who involved in CARE, to find out the present missionaries details.

Worked on Income & expenses report with three years comparison.
Attended COUNT ministries for Women meeting and shared God’s word on 04^th August, 2009.
Collected and edited staff reports, and uploaded new staff profiles and reports from January to July, 2009.
Prepared and sent Thanking letters and updated Thanking register.
Prepared Funds Flow statement.
Worked on GivenGain invoice payment.
I encouraged by attending COUNT Women meeting, and seeing their work among orphan and destitute Children. They are giving a wonderful support and care to so many children in building God’s Kingdom.

Report from January to June, 2009

Worked on CARE pending records & dispersal of CARE Amount.
Worked on thanking letters, and updated thanking letters register.
Updating Donors Address Database being done.
Inward and Outward register has been maintained.
I encouraged by the IMA Devotions and presentations on book of Revelation which are very interesting and useful.

Report in the month of November, 2008

Compiled all the reports of 74^th CARE Grant, and sent to the Donors..

Started working with 75^th CARE Grant.

Worked on the IMA website and uploaded all the staff profiles and monthly work reports.

Prepared Weekly and Monthly Consolidated Funds Flow Statement.

Followed up with Inward and outward register.

Prepared the Given-Gain report on Incomes & Payments.

Followed up with Souvenir.

Checking and replying mails which relates to projects.

Prepared the report on Pledge (NLC) statement of 2006 to follow-up with the Donors.

I personally encouraged that I took up the task of preparing Staff profiles in the website which is making me to learn many new things and grow my self in putting new Ideas.

Pray for my team as we are building together to achieve many targets.

Pray for the matching funds need to be raised for the Vision City project.

Pray for the Indigenous funds to be raised.

Pray for my family and especially my health as I am struggling with breathing problem.

Updated Given Gain Incomes and Payments.
Received new project proposals from Member Relations team and edited.
Prepared In-ward & Out-ward Register.
Updated Individual Staff Report for the month of October, 2008.
Worked on the thanking letters to Donors, and updated the New Donors list in Address Database.
Pray for the Matching Funds and Indigenous Funds to be raised.
