  • Organizing and following up for consultation meeting on ‘Reaching the Maldivians’ at Bangalore.

  • Working on the forthcoming Mission focus Seminar.

  • Worked with the team for Emerging Churches Think Tank.

  • Following up with the IMA members about National Leadership Conference registration.

  • Sent invitation to business personal and professional for 26th January Vision City get-together program and did the logistic arrangement for that meeting.

  • Sent reminder letters to the local churches for the needed funds for Vision City furniture and fixtures, and doing the follow-up work.

  • Collecting and Compiling of all the Churches and organization addresses of Twin cities.

  • Sent Christmas greeting cards with furniture and fixing fund requesting letters to the donors.

  • Visited local Churches to encourage them to participate in Vision City construction.

  • Worked on Registration of Society filing & Recording.

  • Corresponded with the people who are helping to arrange fundraising meeting in Tamil Nadu.

  • Sent reminder letter on Vision City funds to CBMC business personnel.

  • Visited Tamil Nadu to arrange fundraising meetings.

  • Upcoming planned fundraising meetings in Tamil Nadu.

  • God’s wisdom and good health to our team.

Report in the month of July 2009

  • Corresponded with Indian Donors for Fund Raising meetings and constant Communication with them.

  • Corresponded with Christian Business & Professional meet in Bangalore is being arranged.

  • Mailing list of Indian & Overseas partners Address database has been finalized.

  • Vision City Project Proposals have been sent to all the Member Missions.

  • Sent EC meeting minutes to all the EC members.

Report from January to June 2009

  • Went to Advancement meeting at North East.

  • Worked on editing and arranging of the entire donors address database.

  • Sent letters and having corresponding with all the magazine subscribers for arranging a fundraising meeting.

  • Collected materials form web about Diaspora Indians for power point presentation.

  • Worked on Society filing matters.

  • I encouraged by seeing the response from few people for fundraising meeting.

  • The good heath to me & my family.

  • God’s wisdom to communicate with people around India.

  • Self motivation to motivate others.

  • Prepared Vision City Brochure.

  • Prepared Project Reports to the Donors.

  • Worked on GS Address Database.
