Prepared project appeals for the furniture & equipments at the ‘Vision City Building’ and Christmas cards for member missions, donors and others.
Helped in the preparation of Tent Makers International Asian Congress participants’ recruitments.
Spoke at the Badavo Banjara Phozear Trust anniversary, Youth With A Mission and in Cross-fire meetings.
Organized IMA Christmas get-together meet.
Spoke at the National Fellowship Workers conference in Kamaskhyguri in West Bengal and Greater Noida in Uttar Pradesh.
Conducted the One Day Leadership Training programme at Bolangir, Orissa for Church leaders.
Attended the Tent Makers International Asian Congress.
Organized the Vision City Republic Day Celebration and visit the Vision City programme.
It’s good to see the hard work and the united effort of all the IMA staffs in all the meetings.

Prayer Concerns:

Pray that all the hard work done for the raising of needed finance for equipments at the Vision City will be realized.
Pray for God to give me strength for all the future plans and for His directions.
Pray continuous guidance and protection on my family.

Attended All India Decade of Harvest Conference at Nagpur on 1^st November, 2009.
Attended Badavo Banjara Phozear Trust Leaders Meet on 5^th November, 2009.
Participated in National Fellowship Leaders’ Conference from 9^th to 13^th November, 2009.
Attended Vision India Meeting in Cuttack from 16^th to 17^th November, 2009.
Participated in India Missions Association Executive Committee Meeting on 21^st November, 2009.

Pray for:

Enough participants to be recruited for the Tentmakers International Asian Congress, 2010, and the goal to be reached!
Safety & Security to be granted to me and my rented house.

Report in the month of October 2009

Planning for various programs and took care of the various needs of different departments in IMA from 19^th to 28^th October, 2009.
Attended the Think-tank on ‘Influencing the Influencers’ at Hyderabad and took 3 sessions from 29^th & 30^th October, 2009.
I encouraged by the new sense of burden that emerged in the think-tank for the influencers.
God moved greatly to challenge and the response was great to my messages on calling young people to be a witness for Jesus.

Prayer Concerns:

Praise God because my second daughter is getting better daily and recuperating fast from her jaundice.
Pray for strength & effectiveness to carry out my responsibilities with the grace of God.
Pray for the forthcoming tight schedule that I have for the next two weeks that God would grant me His grace.

Report in the month of September 2009

Worked in IMA in planning for different think-tanks and conferences from 7^th to 11^th September, 2009.
Worked on all the preparation work for the SAMA link meeting from 12^th and 13^th September, 2009 at Kolkata to attend it in Kathmandu.
Attended SAMA link meeting in Kathmandu from 14^th to 17^th September, 2009.
Worked on programme planning and implementation of IMA from 21^st to 22^nd September, 2009.
Spoke 7 times in TWR conference at Chennai from 25^th to 27^th September, 2009.
Went to USA trip and Spoke at the Sierra Baptist Mission Conference and Global Fellowship mission meetings from28^th September to 12^th October, 2009.
God is interested in using me for His glory. I only need to be humbly available for Him to use me. God used me greatly in speaking on the topic of ‘Marketplace Evangelism’.

Prayer Concerns:

Pray for my two daughters who live in Mumbai as both of them are sick and the second one is suffering with jaundice. She is at home with my wife in Kolkata and though the eldest daughter was not fully well, yet she had to leave Kolkata to Mumbai for her work. Pray for complete healing.
Pray that God would protect my family when I am away.
Pray for abundant of God’s grace on me as I shoulder this responsibility in IMA.
